makeBIMI Files uploaded for conversion are processed in volatile memory and deleted immediately after the conversion completes. No file content is written to permanent storage. No account is required to use the tool. We utilize strictly anonymized analytics to measure site performance.
veriBIMI Email addresses submitted via the contact form or audit request form. Nothing else. No browsing history, no device fingerprinting, no persistent identifiers beyond the analytics session described below.
Contact and audit request submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, license, or use your email address for any marketing purpose without your explicit consent.
Both properties are hosted on Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. All data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and is compatible with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data is transferred to third-country servers outside of Switzerland or the EU/EEA, except as described in Section 4.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is active on both sites to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the tools. It is configured to anonymize IP addresses and session data. We do not set any third-party advertising cookies or engage in cross-site tracking.
GA4 data is processed by Google LLC on servers in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses. You may opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
